Items can not be returned, since they are all hand made. But an order can be cancelled within 2 days. We offer you a refund of the full amount. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed from the moment the order is received at the office.

Delivery is estimated at 2-5 days. Please notify us if you still have not received your purchase after 5 days at irnlouca@gmail.com. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photo’s.

Please allow 10-14 additional business days for international shipments. All shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.
